Ken Donkoh is a serial Ghanaian edupreneur. He co-founded Omega Schools, a chain of high-quality but low-cost schools in Ghana. He led and managed the start-up company from zero to over 20,000 students and 800 staff in five years. He developed the Omega Schools business model (as his dissertation) while studying for his M.B.A. at the GIMPA Business School. In September 2014, Ken stepped down as CEO of Omega Schools to enable him launch the Catalyst Learning Systems, a social enterprise working with the Ghana National Association of Private Schools to deliver superior curriculum content, pedagogy and assessment to affordable schools in Ghana. Catalyst is currently being used in over 800 schools and by more than 160,000 students across Ghana.
